We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the range of facilities offered. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. We were also pleased with the convenient location, as it was close to markets and within walking distance to the subway. Additionally, there were plenty of multi halal restaurants in the Embassy area, making dining options easily accessible for us.

Convenient room service made things so easy for us. 🛎️ the lobby bar was a great touch, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. We were impressed with the cozy accommodations and delicious meals - everything we needed for a perfect vacation was right here.

Great location, close to markets and transportation. Friendly and helpful head receptionist who speaks English. Nice breakfast and delicious dim sums in the restaurant.

The staff were proactive and helpful, with good English language proficiency. The structure is beautiful and has high potential. The hotel is in a great location, close to markets, subway, bar streets, and restaurants.

Good This hotel fulfilled all of our luxurious needs with exclusive amenities including an indoor swimming pool and health club. the restaurant had a diverse menu with delicious dishes and the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing. the private facilities were exclusive and added to the overall experience. the location advantages were impressive with the hotel being situated in the heart of the city.
Bad However, there was one minor issue with the service. Although the staff were friendly and hospitable, their English skills were lacking which led to some miscommunications.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the complementary tea and coffee offered. The hotel’s central location made it easy for us to explore the area, which was a great advantage. Additionally, we enjoyed the comfortable bed which ensured a good night's rest.
On the downside, communication was a challenge as most of the staff could not speak English. We were disappointed to find out that the pool was closed and there was no prior notice.
